Planning an event can be a complicated process, but you have plenty of resources available to you to help out, whether you're representing a club, or are organizing something as an individual student!
Fill out the Student Activity Proposal Form (either through this website or directly using this link). Feel free to review the content in the form without making a submission to get an understanding of what information you need to have prior to fillng it out.
If you're asking for funding, keep an eye out for an email from Savannah or Matt to see if your budget was approved. You can find guidelines on how to create an effective budget proposal here.
Once you've completed the form, Savannah will reserve a room for you an put the event on the calendar mentioned above.
