The University at Buffalo’s ASDA (American Student Dental Association) Chapter is committed to engaging pre-dental students with ASDA so that they can experience member benefits as early as possible. All ASDA Buffalo pre-dental activities are entirely organized and run by dental student volunteers. This gives pre-dentals a unique opportunity to learn from students who have recently been in their shoes. Faculty and administrators also often appear at events to share their opinions and answer questions.

A student mentor can help you while you’re thinking about dental school. Student mentors can provide academic, personal and professional help and can be a source of support when you need it most. Student mentees gain valuable skills from their mentors including networking, assistance with applications, and learning from someone who is living dental school daily.
