To request money from the Office of Student Affairs, you need to prepare and provide a budget proposal. This proposal will be reviewed by Matt Blum, and he will determine if it's approved. If/When it's approved, you'll work with Jeanne to make any purchases, and Emily for any assistance with non-financial details.

Each attendee should have a name and email address mentioned in the records.
Please make sure to include the restaurant that will be providing food for the event, along with an approximate cost. You don’t need an exact number of people, but you should be able to estimate down to the tens (ex: 30 people, 100 people, etc.)
You can use this formula below to help you calculate food costs:
(cost per person) x (estimated amount of people attending) = food cost
