ADEA Health Professions Advisor Portal
The ADEA AADSAS Health Professions Advisor Portal helps you to counsel and guide your students through the application process by allowing you to track your students’ progress within the application.
Additionally, you can create reports that demonstrate your institution’s success in helping students get into dental school, and you can use the metrics the portal provides to inform your plans for advising students in subsequent application cycles.
ADEA Best Practices for Advisors
The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) is committed to ensuring health professions advisors have the necessary tools to successfully advise students interested in pursuing careers in dentistry. Based on survey results and in-person interviews with members of the health professions advising community, we have developed best practices. We hope these ideas will provide guidance when helping students become thoughtful, well-prepared and viable dental school candidates.
