Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Training

Dear SDM Faculty, Staff and Students,

To strengthen our cultural competence and work effectively across differences, we are happy to provide you this comprehensive program in replacement of the mandatory sexual harassment training.

While this program satisfies the mandated sexual harassment training, it is designed to be more comprehensive by encompassing cultural competence, implicit bias and micro-aggression, and is tailored to the Dental School setting. You will find this presentation informative, insightful and easy to follow. We appreciate you taking part in our efforts for creating a comfortable, culturally sensitive and supportive environment for all our members.
