Admission Requirements

All School of Dental Medicine Advanced Education programs use a holistic admissions approach.

Applicants must: 

  • Complete a DDS or DMD degree prior to the OMFS program start date.
  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
  • Have completed a minimum of 60 Higher Education credit hours in a United States or Canadian institution. Applicants who do not meet this requirement are not eligible for the program.
