Computer Privacy Filter

All students are required to have a privacy filter that fits their notebook computer screen to use during electronic quizzes, exams and other classroom activities.

Your privacy filter must be in place to sit for any secure quiz or exam.

To reduce the likelihood of intentional or unintentional sharing of information during classroom activities, you must have a privacy filter that fits your computer's screen and restricts visibility to no more than a 60-degree range. (See the example to the right.)

This filter must be in place during any secure activities, but you may remove it at other times if you prefer.  These filters are widely available from a variety of vendors. Use the links below to help you select a filter.
