Final Transcripts

You must submit an official final transcript of grades from every college or university you have attended to complete your admissions process. If you will be awarded a degree, please ensure that the final transcript that you submit indicates this degree. 

Acceptable forms of transcripts include:

  • Official email copy directly from your school's registrar's office or
  • Official paper transcript mailed directly to the School of Dental Medicine. (See below.)
AADSAS Transcripts Will Not Be Accepted

The transcripts submitted to your AADSAS application will not suffice as meeting our transcript requirement.

Paperless Transcripts

Please have your university registrar send paperless transcripts to sdmadmit@buffalo.edu.

Paper Transcripts

Please have the official transcript sent directly from your college or university to the address below upon completion of all coursework, and prior to the start of your DDS program:
