Dentistry Smiles on Veterans
The School of Dental Medicine is proud to host Dentistry Smiles on Veterans, a free, comprehensive oral health care event for military veterans.

The 2026 Dentistry Smiles on Veterans event will be held on Friday, Nov. 13, 2026, in Squire Hall on UB South Campus.
Registration opens in late September. Please check back soon for updates!
On this day of free dental care, services include:
- Dental screenings
- Cleanings
- Restorations
- Extractions
- Repair of dentures, as appropriate
All veterans are eligible! Space is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Giving back to those who have served.
During the annual Dentistry Smiles on Veterans event, volunteers team up to give back to those who have served their country through military service. Patients have an opportunity to establish a new dental home, and students gain an understanding of giving back to the community, the broader impact of interprofessional collaboration on patient outcomes, and whole-body wellness.
