Patents:
Sulfated oligosaccharides decrease sterile inflammation damage in the live A new sulfated heparin sulfate oligosaccharide displays protective effect on drug-induced liver damage. The compound likely inhibits the function of HMGB1, a common protein in regulating immune responses. This discovery can be applied for a wide range of diseases that are caused by over reaction of inflammation responses.
