Transcripts

Unofficial | Currently enrolled students can run an unofficial transcript via the HUB Student Center.

Official | Students in or graduated from Advanced Education programs (certificate, master’s and PhD) in the School of Dental Medicine can request transcripts from UB's Office of the Registrar. 

• Visit the Office of the Registrar website for transcript ordering instructions.  
• Orders are fulfilled via a service called Parchment.  
• When you order the official transcript, DO NOT select "dental school" since that is only for DDS transcripts.
• You can review additional information on the School of Dental Medicine registrar page.

Graduates of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD), Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Pediatric Dentistry programs will not have an official transcript as there is no course registration for these programs.

Verification Requests

Verification requests for students/residents and alumni in the programs listed below are processed by the Advanced Education Office.

• Written requests must be sent via email to sdmpg@buffalo.edu.
• A release signed by the provider for whom the verification is requested is required. The signature date must be within the past calednar year.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Orthodontics
Pediatric Dentistry
Periodontics
Prosthodontics
TMD and Orofacial Pain
