Transcripts

Unofficial | Currently enrolled students can run an unofficial transcript via the HUB Student Center.

Official | Students in advanced education programs (certificate, master’s and PhD) in the School of Dental Medicine need to request transcripts from UB's Office of the Registrar. 

• Visit the Office of the Registrar website for transcript ordering instructions.  
• Orders are fulfilled via a service called Parchment.  
• When you order the official transcript, DO NOT select "dental school" since that is only for DDS transcripts.
• You can review additional information on the School of Dental Medicine registrar page.

Verification Requests

Verification requests for advanced education students/residents and alumni are processed by the Advanced Education Office.

• Written requests must be sent via email to sdmpg@buffalo.edu.
• The requesting agency will need to have your signed release attached with the paperwork.
