Welcome to the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine!

As a leader in oral health education, research and patient care, we proudly rank among the top dental schools in the nation and the world. Our comprehensive accredited programs, led by renowned faculty, encompass the art and science of oral health. For over 125 years, we have prepared general practicioners, researchers and scientists to be leaders in oral health and dentistry—work that has changed lives.

Through our on-site UB Dental clinic and mobile dental units, we provide compassionate, expert care to more than 140,000 patients annually. In addition, our outreach efforts provide critical education and services within the community, working to improve access to oral health care among our most vulnerable populations.
