The University at Buffalo offers students online transcript ordering services through Parchment for an additional fee. Their Parchment service will facilitate your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed through Parchment
include expedited processing, order tracking, and secure delivery. Students now have the option to order electronic or paper transcripts through Parchment . Students can also include attachments with their transcript requests as needed. This enhanced service costs $7.50 per transcript.
We are not permitted to provide transcript services to any current or former student who has outstanding financial obligations to the university (tuition/fees, penalties, parking fines, library fines, telephone charges, etc.) as designated by a service indicator on their record. Additionally, we cannot release transcripts for students whose names appear on the NYS Student Loan Service Center Loan Default list
Unofficial copies of transcripts are available in HUB for students who attended UB spring 2011. Please visit our HUB Support site for instructions on requesting your unofficial transcript (PDF). If login assistance is needed, please contact UBIT at 716-645-3542.
Students in Advanced Education programs (Certificate, Master’s and PhD) in the School of Dental Medicine need to request transcripts from the UB Registrar Office. Visit the Office of the Registrar website for transcript ordering options.
