Despite evidence, Malaysian crash passengers’ families cling to hope

UB Social Work Dean Nancy Smyth is quoted in stories by the Washington Post, USA Today, Huffington Post and Associated Press on the recent discovery of a section of a wing from Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, which disappeared in March 2014 with 239 people aboard. Smyth was quoted about what the discovery could mean for hundreds of grieving families. Dozens of media outlets around the globe posted the AP story.
