Antibody titers against T. forsythia and P. gingivalis after infection.
Sera from mice 1-week after the last infection were analyzed by ELISA for T. forsythia and P. gingivalis specific IgG. Antibody levels are presented as log2 titers. Data are from one of two independent experiments with similar results (mean ± s.d, of 6 mice per group; *, p<0.05).
